The boarders of Boys & Girls Hostel are bound to abide by the following rules and regulations:
1. They have to maintain complete discipline within the Hostel premises.
2. They have to follow all time tables unconditionally.
3. The boarders are not permitted to possess any sort of entertaining electronic devices including Cell Phones, I-Pods, Tabs etc. with them. If any of the above is found being used by the boarder, it will be seized immediately and will be handed over to the Parents / Guardians only after completion of +2 2nd Year Council Examination.
4. The boarders are not permitted to use any sort of objectionable addiction materials such as PAN, GUTKHA, KHAINI, BIDI, CIGARETTE and ALCOHOLS etc. If anyone is found using the same, he/ she will be summarily rusticated from the hostel as well as from the college.
5. The Lights of the rooms will be switched off by 11:30 P.M. and no boarder is permitted to switch on the light and disturb the roommates. However if any student wishes to study during the sleeping hour he has to use table lamp for the same.
6. The boarders are required to strictly follow the directions of the Wardens & Superintendents.
7. The students can use the Hostel Mobile for talking to their Parents/ Guardians by giving a missed call within the following stipulated time only, as per the slot provided for them: 9:00 P.M. to 10:30 P.M. and in no case the boarders are allowed to use the Hostel Mobile beyond these stipulated time period. However, the Parents / Guardians can call beyond the stipulated time period in case of emergency, only after getting the approval of the Vice Principal. In no case the students are permitted to use the mobile phones of the hostel / wardens on their own. If any student is found doing so, strict disciplinary action will be taken against him / her.
8. If any boarder is found to break / lock any usable area of the hostel, thereby hampering the day to day activity of the hostel then he / she is liable to be punished by the College Authority.
9. If any boarder violates the above rules and regulations of the hostel, then he / she is liable to be punished by the College Authority and any sort of punishment leading to the extent of rustication from the hostel and even from the college as deemed fit may be awarded to him / her.
10. The Parents and authorised guardians can meet their son / daughter / ward in the hostels during the visiting hours i.e. from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ONLY ON SUNDAYS. In case any parents want to take their son / daughter for marketing they can do so only after getting the Leave Token from the College during the permitted hours i.e. within 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM ONLY ON SUNDAYS.
11. In case of any exigency, if the parents want to take their son / daughter to home they can do so only after being permitted by the Principal / Vice Principal and after getting the Leave Token from the College during the permitted hours i.e. within 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. When they come back to leave their son / daughter, they have to take the Entry token for the hostel from the college during the same permitted hours i.e. within 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Time of Issue of Leave / Entry Token in the College: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
