1. The students shall obey all the rules and regulations of the College and Hostel as prescribed from time to time.
2. They shall be regular, punctual and sincere in attending all the classes including the coaching classes. If their attendance in the class falls short of 90% in any subject they will be debarred from appearing the Council Examination in that subject as per CHSE, Odisha Regulation.
3. They will show due regards to all the teachers and staff of the Institute and senior students.
4. They shall not be involved in ragging in any form. Moreover they will report to the concerned authority immediately if they come across any case of harassment or ragging caused to others by any student.
5. They will develop a friendly relationship with the fellow students and will not be involved in any sort of physical or verbal confrontation with any other student.
6. They will maintain the decorum of the Institute (Dress, Appearance, Discipline and Attitude) in the class room and in the Examination halls.
7. They will not adopt any unfair means in the Examination either Internal or Council.
8. They will not damage any property of the college, hostels, fellow students and staff.
9. They will not involve in smoking, chewing of tobacco, consumption or distribution of alcoholic drinks or any kind of Hallucinogenic drugs inside or outside the college and hostel premises.
10. They will not organize, instigate or participate in any illegal group activity except purely academic programmes either inside or outside the campus without prior permission of the Principal / Vice Principal.
11. They will not have any unauthorized possession of library books and prohibited materials of any form.
12. They will intimate about their temporary absence to the Principal/ Vice Principal / Hostel Administrator and Warden of the Hostels before availing the leave.
13. They will pay the college fees in time.
14. They will not create ill feelings amongst students based on State, Locality, Caste, Sex and Seniority-Juniority.
If the students fail to abide by the rules and regulations of the college, they shall be liable for punishment such as being debarred from the student activities and receiving medals/prizes/scholarships, fined, expulsion from the hostel, expulsion temporarily or even permanently from the college, according to the severity of the offence.
